Cornbread Pie

2-3 pounds ground beef
2 cans Mexicorn or fiesta corn, drained
2 cans tomato soup
1 soup can of water
chili powder
2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix

Fry hamburger, making sure to break into tiny pieces. Drain
Add corn, soup & water & mix well.
Stir in chili powder to taste.
Simmer mixture for 30 minutes. Pour cooked mixture into 13x9 baking dish
Mix both boxes of cornbread mix according to directions. Pour mixture thinly
over top of hamburger mixture.
Bake at 375° for 20 minutes or until cornbread is golden brown.

For only 1 or 2 people, you can cut the recipe in half.
