Beautiful, But Too Warm!

Good afternoon, all. I know I usually don't do my posts in the middle of the afternoon, but I've been trying to get this house cleaned up, as I am home alone at the present time. Chuck is at work, and Michael spent the night at his friend's house last night and is still there. Gives me time to go through his disaster area of a room. Found all kinds of clean clothers under the bed and buried under stuffed animals in the corner of the room. Typical of a lazy 14 year old. So, I put everything away myself. At least this way I know it's done!
Haven't had a chance to go out and take any pictures for a couple of days. The 4th was the last pictures I took. Man, am I slipping! It's pretty outside, but too warm. I should close the windows and turn on the AC, but I really hate to do that. I much prefer fresh air. It's about 81 degrees right now and the breeze has died down.
I'm sorry, but I'm going to have to do some more archive pictures.
Still no dead birds, which tells me that it's not the raccoon, because she is still hanging around. It's not the cats, because they're still around. So, still clueless about the killings. But at least they have stopped.
Gonna get off here for now.
Hope to see you tomorrow.
Love Ya
Lisa

Don't envy you cleaning a 14 year old's bedroom. I can remember how our son would do, the four girls weren't quite as bad, but still a couple were pack rats. He would even stuff his dirty socks down the register, why I don't know, perhaps they were damp and he wanted them to dry out. He never seemed to have an answer when I would ask.

nice variety of shots again Lisa, I meant to tell you that I love the sunrise from yesterday. I am glad the birds are not being attacked anymore. I still say it was a stout or feret type animal but I suppose we will never know.

Gotta love teenagers, I tried every trick in the book with my daughter and never succeeded in getting her to clean up after herself LOL. Sometimes it is just easier to do it yourself, far less stressful than a stand up argument with them LOL.

See ya tomorrow

I was never that bad about cleaning my room when I was a kid. Can't say that about myself now. I HATE cleaning house. Especially dusting. It all just comes back, so what's the point? lol

I got here from your comment you left on "My Birds Blog' by Abraham Lincoln. You have a very nice variety of pictures that I like, flowers and wildlifes. I have been trying to get pictures of a couple a doves in my backyard, but every time they see me with the camera they take off. Maybe one day...Keep blogging, I'll be back.

My children didn't like cleaning their bedrooms and their houses either. When I am in Australia I do some cleaning for my daughter, for she is very busy.

Andre. My animals do the same thing. If I have the camera in my hand, they are gone in a heartbeat, but if I am out there without the camera, they take longer to scatter. Especially the rabbits. I can get quite close to them without the camera. Maybe next time I'll hide it behind my back. Do you think they will be fooled? lol

Your photo friend selection is about like ours at the moment. With the water pump project going on the birds and squirrels don't come around much.

Patty and I will be celebrating 53 years of marriage on July 12th. Think of it as a long-term relationship.

I have invited bloggers to offer suggestions on a gift for me to give Patty and the list would not be complete without your ideas.
